Trust & transparency

AI Content and Transparency Policy

How artificial intelligence is used at AI Imperium Music, what we disclose to listeners and partners, and the limits we hold ourselves to.

Our position

We don't replace artists — we amplify them. AI Imperium Music develops AI-native artist projects and supports human artists who use AI. In both cases humans set the creative direction, approve the output and hold the career.

Where we use AI

AI tools may be used in instrumental production, vocal processing, artwork, music videos, short-form content, drafting and translation. The specific mix varies per project, and a human reviews every release and every published page.

What we disclose

Artist projects that are AI-native are described as such. Releases and videos produced with significant AI involvement are labelled on their pages. Placeholder content that has not yet been approved by our team is marked as a placeholder.

What we will not do

We do not clone or imitate a real person's voice or likeness without documented consent. We do not use uncleared samples, misrepresent a human performance as AI or an AI performance as human, or upload spam catalogs to inflate volume.

Human contribution and credit

Human writers, performers, producers and designers are credited for their work. We keep documentation of human contributions to each release, which also supports ownership and licensing questions later.

Rights and third-party tools

Before release we check the terms of every tool used, including commercial-use and ownership provisions. Where a tool's terms are unclear, we do not rely on it for a commercial release.

Reporting a concern

If you believe content on this site misuses a voice, likeness or copyrighted work, contact us and we will review it promptly.
