Copyright and Takedown Requests
How to raise a copyright, voice or likeness concern with AI Imperium Music, and how we handle it.
Our approach to rights
We clear what we use, document human contributions, and check the licensing terms of every AI tool involved in a release. We do not knowingly publish uncleared samples, or voices and likenesses used without documented consent.
Submitting a complaint
Send complaints through our contact page and choose the copyright option. Include the URL of the material, identification of the work or voice you believe was used, your relationship to the rights, your contact details, and a statement that the information is accurate.
Voice and likeness
If you believe a recording or video imitates a real person's voice or likeness without consent, tell us who is affected and how you are authorised to raise it. We treat these reports with the same priority as copyright complaints.
How we respond
We acknowledge complete complaints, review the material and the rights documentation we hold, and remove or restrict content where a claim is substantiated or unresolved. We may ask for additional information before deciding.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send us a counter-notice with your contact details and the basis for your position, and we will review it.
General information only
This page explains our process. It is not legal advice, and it does not describe the requirements of any specific jurisdiction's notice-and-takedown regime. For advice about your rights, consult a qualified attorney.
