Privacy Policy

A plain-language summary of what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Information you choose to send us through an inquiry form — typically your name, email address, the type of inquiry and your message. We also receive standard technical information such as browser type and pages viewed, which our hosting provider logs.

Why we use it

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate artist and partnership submissions, and keep the website secure and working. We do not sell your information, and we do not use inquiry contents for unrelated marketing.

Demo submissions and creative material

Please do not send confidential or unreleased material you are not comfortable sharing. Submitting material does not create an agreement between us, and does not transfer any rights in your work.

Analytics and cookies

Where website analytics is enabled, it is used to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. Any analytics configuration in use is documented by the administrator and can be disabled on request.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting relationship, then deleted on a routine schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligation to retain records.

Contact and updates

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page. Company contact details shown on this site are placeholders pending final approval and will be updated. This policy may change; the date below reflects the current version.
